One Year Guarantee
Trees and shrubs do not die overnight, so please call when you feel the plant is suffering from heat, disease, pests etc. Warranty is voided if we are called and the plant is brown from top to bottom and/or is not encircled with mulch. We are in business year-round and know ways to bring your plant back to health; either increasing or decreasing water, spraying for pests or fertilizing. We will replace any plant within one year of initial planting (not listed in our limited guarantee section) if a proper call has been made and our steps do not work and the plant dies. If replaced plant dies again, no credit will be given; this is a one time only replacement guarantee. All plants we install are given a cotton bur additive in the planting process so success is greatly increased. Please water your plants properly – we will instruct you upon completion of the job and feel free to call us with any questions. Wind, rain fall and heat will stress newly planted trees and shrubs, they are living organisms that require care and attention.
